Easter in Prague means markets, Czech traditions and relax at Original Beer Spa

Easter markets in the Old Town Square

From 5 to 27 April 2025, the largest Easter markets in the country are taking place in the Old Town Square. More than a hundred decorated stalls will offer traditional painted Easter eggs, ceramics, spring-themed tablecloths or wicker and hay products. Apart from that, you can enjoy Czech specialties such as Easter sweet bread, Judas buns, gingerbread or juicy sausages. The atmosphere will be complemented with a rich cultural program including folklore ensembles and demonstrations of folk crafts.

Easter markets in the Wenceslas Square

In the same period, from 5 to 27 April 2025, Easter markets are taking place also in the lower part of the Wenceslas Square. Stalls with Easter products, hand-painted Easter eggs, Easter whips and other traditional products can be found here too. A wide offer of refreshments and cultural program with folklore and traditional bands is provided. 

Tip: The other branch of Original Beer Spa in Žitná Street is located near the Wenceslas Square. Here you can expect, apart from the beer spa, a hop sauna and buckets of icy water for cool-down too.

• Beer bath: You will relax in hand-carved oak tubs full of natural ingredients used for brewing Czech beer. Vitamins and enzymes contained in brewer's yeast regenerate the skin, remove harmful substances from the body, and reduce fatigue and stress. 
• Unlimited beer consumption: You will enjoy an unlimited amount of freshly poured beer. The tasting begins at the reception already, and during the procedure you can pour light or dark beer for yourself straight from a tap next to the tub. Consumption is unlimited – have as much as you wish! 
• Relax on a wheat straw bed: After the bath you will rest by the fireplace on a wheat straw bed, and so your body will have enough time to absorb all the beneficial substances from the bath. 
• Hop sauna: At Žitná Street there is also hop sauna and cool-down buckets. Because we know that beer never stops flowing around here, the temperature in the sauna is reduced.
